With high customer loyalty and a repurchase rate of 40% that continuously grows the customer base, it has built a strong brand with a unique position and a platform to scale from.
Färsking is now carrying out a right issue in which Färsking Partners is invited to participate and subscribe for shares. The purpose of the capital acquisition is to be able to start the next phase of the growth journey, where the focus is to greatly broaden the product universe in order to be able to meet the existing customer base at more consumption occasions during the day. The expansive product expansion is made possible by a new two-part product model and updated launch process with faster road to market.
Färsking Partners intends to finance its participation in the Target Company's issue through a rights issue. In the first step, existing owners will be given the opportunity to subscribe for their Pro rata, in the next step, existing owners will be able to subscribe for any remaining shares and if there are shares left after this, all of Pepin's members will be able to subscribe in the capital acquisition with allocation according to first come, first served basis.
